Shipping & Delivery

We aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for all our customers.

Delivery Options

We offer free standard delivery (3–5 working days) on all UK orders.

  • Express Delivery (2–3 working days): £2.99
  • Free Express Delivery: Available on orders over £80
  • Next Working Day Delivery: £4.49 (for orders placed before 2:00pm)

All delivery times are estimates and may vary during bank holidays and peak festive periods (including Christmas and New Year).

Tracking & Notifications

We work with trusted UK delivery partners including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You will also receive courier updates, including notifications when your order is out for delivery and when it has been successfully delivered.

Delivery Restrictions & Surcharges

  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands may incur an additional charge depending on the size of the package and location.
  • We currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

International Delivery

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
